Our Story.

Freedom Tattoo Parlor was established in 2020 by Cody Hammond and built by the hands of many friends within our community in Brooksville, Florida. What began with just two American Traditional artists has grown into a family of artists spanning styles, shaping Freedom into a full-service tattoo shop rooted in both craft and authentic connection.

We are proud to welcome people from all walks of life. Whether you’re exploring tattooing for the first time, getting your first piece, or adding to a growing collection, our team is here to make you feel at home and create something meaningful with you. We humbly serve clients across Hernando County and the Greater Tampa Bay Area.
